Christian’s work focuses on an interdisciplinary approach to architecture and design, one that integrates landscape and buildings to produce sites where the network of indoor and outdoor spaces is conceived as a unified whole.
Through his diverse skillset, Christian has brought tremendous value to numerous studio projects, notably as project architect for the national award-winning projects the St. Pius Chapel and Prayer Garden and Thaden School, a 30-acre master plan and high school campus with a high sustainability agenda. Most recently, Christian’s work has focused on the cultural realm, serving as Project Architect for the master plan and renovation for the Olney Theatre Center for the Arts in Olney, Maryland, as well as leading a recently completed Cafe and Auditorium renovation for the New Orleans Museum of Art.
Named a Senior Associate in 2018, and a Principal in 2020, Christian brings a deep commitment to collaboration to the design process, working diligently with clients, users, colleagues, partners, and builders to translate a shared vision into impactful spaces that serve their community well.
