Samantha Lindley

LEED Green Associate
Designer

Originally hailing from Long Island, Sam attended Tulane University with the intention of pursuing law. Her first year, she took an introductory architecture class that had her feeling like she could see the matrix. Sam fell in love with the field of architecture and using logic in tandem with creativity to solve problems. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, she stayed in New Orleans for her gap year before getting her Master of Architecture from Tulane again. During that time, she worked at Trapolin Peer Architects within the marketing and graphic design fields.

Sam is passionate about sustainability, affordable housing, and accessibility of design within the public realm. She joins EDR equipped with a curiosity about the built environment and a drive to further the firm's commitment to meaningfully contribute to New Orleans and the profession at large.

Outside the studio, Sam enjoys reading, film, and walking all over New Orleans.
