Kent Design Build is located on the second floor adjacent to shared amenity space, while Stirling Properties anchors the rear portion of the first floor, with flexible tenant space completing the ground level. The building supports long-term growth and adaptability while establishing a contemporary workplace environment for multiple organizations within a single structure.

The architecture is organized around a clear planning parti that divides the building massing into thirds, with a shared central zone serving as the project’s organizing element. This central volume contains the main lobby, shared stair, boardroom, and access to an outdoor terrace, creating a visible point of connection between tenants.

Clerestory glazing introduces daylight deep into the building’s footprint, reinforcing the communal core and supporting a flexible, light-filled interior environment. Public circulation is intentionally clear, allowing each tenant’s lobby to open toward the central gathering space and strengthening visual transparency throughout the building.

Interior Design – Stirling Properties

Stirling Properties’ offices balance professionalism with narrative, creating a refined workplace that reflects the communities and region they impact through their work. Branded colors, glass-fronted private offices, and curated graphic elements establish a polished yet approachable atmosphere. While distinct in character from Kent Design Build’s workspace, the Stirling Properties interior remains connected to the broader architectural framework, demonstrating how multiple tenant identities can coexist within a unified, clearly organized building.
