Kijuan joins EskewDumezRipple’s New Orleans office with a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to fostering inclusive communities.
A Baton Rouge native, Kijuan earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College. He embarked on a successful career in the global power distribution sector, where he refined his expertise in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and quality engineering over five years. However, it was during this time that Kijuan discovered his true calling – a fervent dedication to championing people and cultivating diverse corporate environments.
Driven by his desire to make a meaningful impact, Kijuan pursued an MBA with a concentration in human resources from LSU-Shreveport. He continued his journey in HR within the aerospace and defense industry, gaining foundational skills before transitioning to the dynamic realm of media and entertainment at WarnerBros. Discovery. There, Kijuan was instrumental in fostering inclusive cultures and amplifying minority representation within the organization.

Outside of the office, Kijuan enjoys gardening, cooking, juicing, and all things food.
