JEDCO Food and Beverage Incubator

The JEDCO Food and Beverage Incubator is a 12,000 SF,

single-story facility in Avondale, Louisiana, designed to support emerging food

businesses and expand opportunity within Jefferson Parish. Located on the

Churchill Technology and Business Park campus, the project creates a dedicated

space for culinary startups to grow and scale.

Supported by a combination of local, state, and federal investment, the incubator represents a significant commitment to strengthening the region’s food economy. When complete, it will be the only major wholesale food production incubator in the Greater New Orleans region, positioning Jefferson Parish as a hub for culinary innovation and small business development.

The building brings together commercial kitchens, prep and storage areas, and shared support spaces, along with a demonstration kitchen and flexible front-of-house area for training, events, and community engagement. This combination allows entrepreneurs to both produce and showcase their work in one place.
