Mark Ripple

FAIA, LEED AP
Principal | Director of Operations

In over 30 years of professional practice, Partner Mark Ripple has developed specialized experience in the management of large institutional projects. Having successfully completed a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects in both the private and public sector his career has grown rapidly though his tenacious commitment to project expectations – no matter how restrictive. His analytical approach to project delivery and commitment to client satisfaction has also helped the firm maintain strong, long-term relationships with several repeat clients.

Mark’s project focus has been with technically sophisticated facilities such as high-performance research laboratories as well as inpatient and outpatient health care facilities. Most recently, he has lead our studio’s portion of the Joint Venture team assigned to the new $850 million replacement hospital for the Department of Veterans Affairs in New Orleans. In addition to his role as a “hands-on” Project Director, Mark also serves as the studio-wide Operations Director, responsible for balancing staff workload, collective project delivery schedules and emerging assignments. He has also played a critical role in developing many of the project management, scheduling and financial tracking standards currently in use across our practice.
