Brennen Donnelly

Research Fellow

Brennen joins EskewDumezRipple as the 3-month Research Fellow, during summer break from working on his masters at the University of Oregon’s School of Architecture and Environment. Prior to graduate school, he spent over six years in furniture design and fabrication, specializing in woodworking for Atelier Demiurge New York and Dusk Design in Los Angeles. Originally from Maryland, he earned his undergraduate degree in environmental science from Western Colorado University.

He finds intrinsic enjoyment in the design process and holds environmental conservation at his core values; Architecture poses a unique opportunity to marry the two, contributing towards a more sustainable future for the built environment. As an enthusiast and steward of the outdoors, his free time is typically spent fly fishing, hiking, cycling, or sailing.
