Raised in the greater Boston area, Amanda relocated to the Baltimore-Washington metro immediately after graduating high school, seeking to experience the rich diversity of global cultures in everyday life while escaping from New England’s cold climate.
After years working in the beauty industry as a retail sales manager, Amanda realized that she is an "operations person," naturally approaching tasks from a functional angle.
She comes to EskewDumezRipple with experience in applied policy and process standardization gathered from roles in government administration, non-profit think tank office management, and international freight forwarding.
