31st Annual French Quarter Fest

31st Annual French Quarter Fest

Today kicks off the 31st annual French Quarter Fest. For uninitiated, this is the largest free music festival in the south and celebrates the unique musical heritage of the region on 21 stages throughout the French Quarter. Consistently voted “favorite festival”, “favorite food festival”, and “favorite event open to the public” by locals, French Quarter Fest represents every genre of music from the region including: contemporary jazz to R&B, New Orleans funk, brass bands, folk, gospel, latin, and zydeco.

Just steps from the studio, staff took a break from hurried deadlines and design crits to enjoy the local delights. Check out the photo gallery (see ‘View All Galleries’ at right).
