1730 Tchoupitoulas Office Building

Following the City of New Orleans Master Plan and the architectural typology of the neighborhood, this new two-story office building will bring heightened activity to a currently underutilized area of the Lower Garden District. Sitting at the corner of Tchoupitoulas and Celeste Streets, the building is set back from the neighboring property to provide an expansive entry courtyard and amenity space. This courtyard’s landscape and detention areas are designed to meet the new city stormwater management requirements.

The 30,000 square foot facility will include an open work flow concept with minimal offices, multiple small and large conference rooms, a large outdoor terrace, green space, an in-house gym and yoga studio as well as a separate area for cross-fit. The large, open work spaces with minimal closed-door offices will allow the company’s cross functional teams to work in a collaborative environment. The office layout is arranged to support the user’s program needs and office work culture, taking advantage of natural daylight. Common areas and an employee lounge and café will lead out onto the terrace; a gathering place for employees to eat, socialize and take in the views of the Mississippi River beyond.
